We were slightly worried over other reviews, when our daughter said she wanted to come for her birthday. Everything was fantastic though. All if our orders were perfect and the food was tasty and hot. Drinks and refills were on point. Service was fantastic. Food was delivered quickly. Checkout was smooth. Definitely worth checking out and we would come back.

Unfortunately my family and I did not have a pleasant time here. We were a party of 7. Starting with our drinks. My son realized he had a fly in his cup after drinking some. Majority of us asked for sweet tea with lemons but instead received iced tea. Bread and Appetizers was great! Most of us ended up ordering the New Orleans pasta and it was EXTREMELY salty! The pasta itself was fine but when eating the protein (chicken,sausage,shrimp) tasted like straight salt. We let our server Lauren know and her only response was “oh my” and she walked off (absolutely no help). Then had the nerve to come back and ask if we wanted to go boxes! So I flagged down the manager about our food and he offered us to order something else but we didn’t want to have to wait. So he asked if we wanted to try adding Alfredo sauce to see if it will cut down the salt but unfortunately that didn’t help. The manager did accommodate us for our meal. So thanks to the manager for helping us! Oh yeah not sure what’s up with the green beans that some of my fam had as sides they were different colors like can mixed with frozen or something.

Cheddars food is always tasty and is very reasonably priced. Jenn our server is very personable, funny and full of good suggestions. She is quick with service and just a pleasure to deal with! I would heartily recommend Cheddars for some tasty food and drinks.

Horrific experience. Will NEVER return. Did call ahead seating. Arrived. Watched dozens of people get seated before us even when the app was showing we were next. Walked up to the manager at Hostess stand, he claims it wasn't working. He sat us in the bar with Brian. Horrible service. Waiting tables is not his calling. We order chips and queso. It arrived and we still had no drinks. Cheese was congeled and chips were broken. $8 for this garbage ... Check out the photo. 5 minutes later when the drinks showed up, I told him we needed new chips. He didn't want to get me any. Actually pushed back on me about it. Takes the plate and walks away. I didn't even want to eat any when he came back. My entree was steak tips. They were grossly overcooked and had way too much pepper. Spit out my first bite. Pure fat. Completely inedible. My husband had order a Painkiller and the waiter kept making jokes about him needing more. I'm assuming that was an underhanded insult to me because he was mad I made him get new chips. I'm absolutely disgusted. Never again. I'll be calling corporate. Btw... My review of Cheddars in Ocala has a 5 star review. So you decide.

Meals were amazing. Steak was a little over salted but still great. The room was a little chilly tho it was 75 outside. Waitress was super polite and attentive
